DRILLING IN CONCRETE AND CARBON STEEL

WITH SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT

For concrete, we have Hilti equipment and core drills for Hilti RE-500 chemical anchor installations, electrical conduit passages, water, drainage and gutter drains.

For carbon steel, we use Milwaukee magnetic drills with various cutting capacities, ideal for drilling anchor plates, on-site repairs, thread changes, and drilling holes in metal structures.

Our Hilti DD 120 drill, fitted with a core drill bit, is used for drilling into concrete. The use of water helps cool the drill bit and facilitates a clean core cut.

The hole is cleaned and Hilti Re500 chemical is added, then the stud is placed and the chemical is bonded to the stud to form the anchor for securing machinery.
