ARROWS
The arrows are moved by means of an overhead crane to the cutting area, where the heating process of the area known as "donut" begins using multi-flame equipment.
Subsequently, the bearing is cut using oxy-fuel cutting equipment until it is completely removed. Once freed, the shaft is recovered and taken to the lathe workshop for machining and reuse in future operations.

The operator applies heat to the "donut" area of a shaft using multi-flame equipment, initiating the material's expansion process for subsequent disassembly. This step is crucial to releasing the bearing attached to the shaft without damaging the shaft body.

The bearing was completely fractured after being removed from the shaft. This part will be discarded while the shaft is machined on the lathe for repair.

The moment the operator makes the final cut of the bearing using oxy-fuel cutting equipment. The action generates an intense spark from the contact of the gas with the metal, completing the disassembly process after preheating.
